SCT Elite - End of Day 4 Update

Game to watch
http://new.livestream.com/MindSports-TV/events/2575071/videos/36640108

And they were four!
Okosagah, Sammy
Richards, Nigel
Wiegand, Dave
Panyasophonlert, Komol

These will be the four players on camera going to the Semi-Finals of the SCT Elite. They have braved through 31 rounds of play and have come on top of their competitors and now, one of them will host the glorious trophy and $10,000 first place prize. But first, let's meet our competitors!

Player profiles
Okosagah, Sammy (USA)
Tuesday Morning 9am CET, he wasn't even qualified to the SCT-Elite. Saturday evening 5pm CET, he won a tight game versus Lewis Mackay of England and had punched his ticket to the Semi-Final, even winning his last game to propel himself into first place of the Swiss Rounds and completing an incredible 7-1 record on Day 4. A highly competent player who had barely touched a World competition in over a decade, he came back in absolute force and could be living the truest of Cinderella stories.

Record per day:
* Day 1: 4-3
* Day 2: 6-2
* Day 3: 5-3
* Day 4: 7-1

Record against Top 4 in SCT:
* Richards, Nigel 1-1
* Wiegand, Dave 1-1
* Panyasophonlert, Komol 1-1

Richards, Nigel (MYS)
The reigning world champion from 2011 (along with an other title in 2007), he was the clear favorite coming in and Nigel did not disappoint. A model of consistency, he has slowly but surely got close to the top of the standings and stayed there, as it was his rightful place. He isn't invincible and he will be facing some tough opposition moving into the Semi Finals - it however doesn't change the fact that Nigel is likely the best Scrabble player in the World and coming anything less than 1st will be a disappointing finish.

Record per day:
* Day 1: 5-2
* Day 2: 6-2
* Day 3: 6-2
* Day 4: 5-3

Record against Top 4 in SCT:
* Okosagah, Sammy 1-1
* Wiegand, Dave 1-1
* Panyasophonlert, Komol 2-1

Wiegand, Dave (USA)
A multiple time USA National Champion and talented competitor, Dave Wiegand has been on par with his finish so far, going 3rd and 4th in previous championship editions. But this time, he'll be hungry to take it all down and host the trophy come Sunday evening. A seasoned veteran, Dave Wiegand will choke the board as well as he can to prevent Sammy Okosagah and Nigel Richards from chaining bonus after bonus as they usually do. His only blemish was a poor Day 3 record and spread, made up by a 7-1 record on this final day of play, completing his road to the Semi Finals through a final Round 31 win against Brett Smitheram.

Record per day:
* Day 1: 6-1
* Day 2: 6-2
* Day 3: 3-5
* Day 4: 7-1

Record against Top 4 in SCT:
* Okosagah, Sammy 1-1
* Richards, Nigel 1-1
* Panyasophonlert, Komol 1-1

Panyasophonlert, Komol (THA)
Komol's worst finish in a world event was 18th and right now, he has had his best yet. But this player from Thailand won't rest until he defeats each of his opponents one by one, claiming the Scrabble Champions Tournament title as his own.
An experienced and very dangerous player, he will punish any mistake made by his opponents in the top 4. It's worth noting this feat is made more impressive by the face that Komol is not a native English speaker.

Record per day:
* Day 1: 6-1
* Day 2: 6-2
* Day 3: 5-3
* Day 4: 4-4

Record against Top 4 in SCT:
* Okosagah, Sammy 1-1
* Richards, Nigel 1-2
* Wiegand, Dave 1-1

Thanks for that.

How come this was not posted anywhere? I searched and found nothing. It's kind of like it all just died before the last day.

So is there a link to the interview with the winners (and especially the winner)? Where is all the info about the four finalists? I'd like to know more about them like their occupations and hobbies.
